The mini round baler is a twine binding system baler, it binds all kinds of materials from hay and straw, haylage and silage even vine cuttings and pine forest needles.
This machine produces compact bales that are easy to handle, you can set your preferred weight between 18kgs to 40kgs( this depends on the materials you bale).
This baler has it's own hydraulic pump and cylinder that makes the baler independent of towing tractor.
The baler can be a net binding system or a twine binding system optional.

Q1: How many horse powers of the tractors can match with the mini round hay baler?
Our baler has 4 models: 850/870/1070/1090(each has two types: normal model, and model F). just need the tractors with 25-50hp, PTO rear drive output needs 540r/min.
Q2: How about the bale sizes of the 4 model hay bales?
850 (50*70cm), 870 (60*70cm),1070(70*100cm),1090(90*100cm). The density of the bales is adjustable, if use normal models to make bales, we suggest containing no more than 20% moisture. To store the small silage bales, we recommend you buy a hay wrapper.
Q3: There are many unqualified round balers in the market, how can you make sure your quality is controlled?
We have passed CE. ISO certificates, 30R&D persons, our balers are produced in strict accordance with international standards.
Q4: How about your production capacity, and how can you make sure my goods would be delivered timely?
