5. Mower Highlights

A.The mainadvantage: bilateral dynamic balance control between 3g and 5g to ensure that the machine is evenly stressed and avoid vibration or shaking. When the machine in normal use, the bearings,shafts,wedling parts will be less damage.

B.It is not easy to break the axis. Figure 1 Figure 2, the two axes are made of 40 Cr, using heat treatment and quality adjustment process, with high torque, better toughness and greater strength. The torque is increased by 2-3 times, far greater than that of 45 # steel. Other factories are made of 45 # ordinary carbon steel.

C.Our two disks (as shown in Figure 3) are made of manganese plates. Other factories: Q235 ordinary iron plate.

D.All of our bearings are durable high-speed bearings.

E.Our pulley (Figure 4) is QT500-10 (spherical iron, durable, ductility, not easy to break), and other factories are HT-200(grey iron)

F. Our blade is made of 65 manganese steel.
