1. Blockage problem
As you know, some Balers are easy to blockage once pickup the Wet/tough grass or straw. And the pick-up assembly is very easy to drop off. Based on this, we have improved the pickup assembly.
A.Researched the Force feeding models.
The 870F/1070F/1090F models have Force feeding. If pickup the Tough/ Wet/ Long straw or grass, the force feeding models will not blockage.
If for normal grass, the force feeding models have higher working efficiency and better adaptability.
B.Adjust the structure of the Pickup assembly.
Adjusted the parts where the pickup assembly is connect with the machine, it will not drop off even if it is blocked.

Our baler has 4 models: 850/870/1070/1090(each has two types: normal model, and model F). just need the tractors with 25-50hp, PTO rear drive output needs 540r/min.

850 (50*70cm), 870 (60*70cm),1070(62*95cm),1090(82*95cm). The density of the bales is adjustable, if use
normal models to make bales, we suggest containing no more than 20% moisture. To store the small silage bales, we recommend you buy a hay wrapper.
