Automatic solenoid valve

Ordinary baler uses hydraulic valves, and needs to hand down the lever to release the bale, which is very inconvenient. After a long time of use, the hydraulic valve will rust because of leakage. Our latest automatic solenoid valve can release bale automatically, whose main material is aluminum alloy, not easy to rust.
 

One-time molding Roller

Common roller is made by welding with short service life, whose welding parts are easy to fall off during work, so that brings great safety hidden danger to equipment and operates. Our baler adopts one-time molding process, not easy to wear out, without and hidden trouble.

 Force feeding technology

When picking up long wet grass or corn stalks, the normal baler is easy to block, which often causes machine breakdown and damage. Our model F adopts unique design, the extra part can force feed the material into the chamber secondly so that avoid any jam. And its working efficiency is 1.5 times than normal model.

1. What is the difference of the model with "F"?
Model with F can effectively solve the problem of congestion, and improve equipment efficiency. When we pick up the humidity, or longer crop stalks, prone to clogging, affecting the normal use of the customer.

2. How to choose the suitable model for the round baler?
We have 4 models of the baler, 850 model bale size is 50x70cm and bale weight is 15-25kg. 870 model bale size is 60x70cm and bale weight is 20-30kg. 1070 model bale size is 70x100cm and bale weight is 25-35kg. 1090 model bale size is 90x100cm and bale weight is 30-45kg. If you also can't make sure, please tell me your tractor horsepower and we will give you professional suggestions.
